Hi there!

I’m Ebony, a mindfulness-based cognitive therapist dedicated to helping you break free from old thinking patterns that no longer serve you. If you’ve been feeling stuck in self-doubt, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, or struggling to stay present, you’re not alone. Finding a sense of calm and confidence can feel out of reach—but the good news is, change is possible.

At my core, I’m a teacher who loves helping others understand how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors. Your mind is powerful, and together, we can use that power to create positive, lasting change. During our time together, we’ll work to quiet the inner critic, release self-blame, and replace negative thought patterns with self-compassion, resilience, and clarity.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Faith-Based Principles when desired.
